Welcome To San Carlos Youth Softball

We have been in San Carlos since the 1970s forming teams for girls ages 5-14. Our teams are managed and coached by family volunteers and play locally in the spring and around the peninsula in the summer and fall. Our girls have fun, learn a lot about the game and make valuable friendships.

The SCYSA recreational league comprises six divisions:

  • Rookies: T-ball for 5- and 6-year olds playing for the first time
  • 8U: 6-year olds who’ve played one year, all 7-year olds and 8-year olds
  • 10U: 9- and 10-year olds
  • 12U: 11- and 12-year olds
  • 14U: 13- and 14-year olds (availability depends upon enrollment numbers)
