Each year, the San Carlos Youth Softball Association awards up to two $1,000 scholarships to current high school seniors that will attend a 2 or 4 year college upon graduation.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the Carmona Scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Have played in the SYCSA league for a minimum of 5 years and graduated from the 14U division
• Maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher in high school (include a copy of your transcript with your submission)
• Be a graduating senior with plans to continue their education in the fall following graduation
• Submit an essay on their participation in SCYSA as part of their scholarship application
